To our valued Customers:
In anticipation of high volume of deliveries and orders this coming Christmas Season, please be advised of the following: Same day inter-branch transactions (paid in one branch and delivered by another) will be suspended on the following days: December 13-18, 24 and 31.
Change of orders already placed in advanced will not be allowed on December 13-18, 24 and 31. Additional orders will be accepted subject to availability of stocks and delivery time. Please expect some food items may become out of stock or be offered in limited quantities. Delivery time may also be adjusted because of expected traffic build-up.
We encourage you to place your orders ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience. However, on December 24, 2017 (Christmas‘ Eve) and December 31, 2017 (New Year’s Eve) advance orders for pick-up will be suspended. We shall only serve walk-in pick-up orders.
These temporary seasonal policies are meant to ensure more efficient scheduling of deliveries and servicing of orders by our branches. Rest assured we will be doing our best to try to serve you in your party needs.
